Packet pickup will be located at the Quality of Life Expo on Friday, April 24, 2026 from 11:00am \u2013 7:00pm at the Utah State Fairpark, 155 N 1000 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116 in the Grand Hall. Runners will receive their race packets, which includes their race numbers, timing chip, participant shirt and other crucial information. There will be NO early start for walkers. Sag Wagons will patrol the route providing support to these participants. We also suggest that walkers and slower participants consider using a fanny pack that accommodates a water bottle and snacks.<\/p>\n
If you plan on participating at a 15 minute per mile pace or slower, please be aware that our permit dictates that the streets that comprise the marathon route are reopened to vehicular traffic at 1:30pm, 6 and a half hours from the start of the marathon. Street cleaning trucks precede the streets re-opening and you will be required to move to the curb and\/or sidewalk at that time.<\/p>\n

GU energy gel (caffeinated and non-caffeinated) is available at miles 7.5 and 11 on the half marathon route + miles 7.5, 13.5, 17, 20, and 24 on the Full Marathon route.<\/p>\n Basic first aid stations will be located on-course at miles 4.5, 9, and 11 of the half marathon and miles 4.5, 9, 17, and 24 of the full marathon. University of Utah Health will operate a full medical emergency tent at the finish line.
